Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

The product content does not match the description.
The product is defective or blurry, making the content unreadable.
We sent the wrong download link for the product.

In these cases, we will either replace the product or provide a 100% refund. Please provide us with your purchase invoice details.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
